Is Shivoraai an OTA-accredited Service Provider?
No, and we don't claim to be. Shivoraai is an Oman e-invoicing implementation and integration partner. The regulated exchange of e-invoices with the Oman Tax Authority is carried out by an OTA-accredited Service Provider that we integrate your ERP or accounting system with. Which Fawtara phase applies to my business?
It depends on your revenue, transaction volume and VAT registration status, as determined by the Oman Tax Authority. We confirm your specific phase against official OTA guidance as part of the free Fawtara Readiness Assessment — we don't guess.
Do I need to replace my ERP or accounting software?
Almost never. Our core approach is integrating with what you already run — SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, POS or a custom system. We'd only ever recommend new software if your current setup genuinely cannot support the required data, and we'd explain exactly why.
How much does this cost?
It depends on your system complexity, invoice volume and branch count. We publish indicative package ranges on our Pricing page, and confirm your exact price in writing after a free assessment — with our fee always itemised separately from any Accredited Service Provider or third-party software fee.
How long does implementation take?
Timeline depends on scope — a single-system SME integration is typically faster than a multi-branch SAP rollout. We give you a realistic timeline as part of your fixed-scope proposal, based on your actual environment rather than a generic estimate.
Is my data secure during integration?

What happens if Shivoraai changes which ASP it works with?
Our integration layer is built to be modular. If we change accredited providers, your ERP-side integration is designed to remain intact — only the downstream connection to the ASP changes, minimising disruption to you.

What support do I get after go-live?
